How long will it take to ship my order?
All of our nails are made to order. We do not keep stock of nails on hand to ship out immediately. So please be aware that if you need nails within the same week or the following, they are not going to get there in time. Our current turnaround time is 7-15 days, again this is because all of our nails are made to order and solely handcrafted.

Do you offer custom orders?
Sadly, we don't. It requires a lot of equipment we don't have yet.
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
In case of products delivered in defective or damaged state, we only offer total refund of the product. If so, email [email protected] and include an image of the defective or damaged product.
